Sentman Enterprises, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, began its focus on housing for adults in 1992 with development of the EagleCrest campus in Roseville. This campus consists of 127 independent senior rental units, 91 assisted living units and 36 Dementia housing units. This began SEI’s relationship with Presbyterian Homes which has since included helping in the development of Beacon Hill in Minnetonka, Mississippi Shores in Monticello, and the redevelopment of Presbyterian Homes in Roseville and Central Towers in downtown St. Paul.

Cardinal Pointe of Oakdale is being developed by people who have been in the development of commercial and senior housing since 1976... long enough to know how to do it right. 

Presbyterian Homes & Services will be the management company for the new Cardinal Pointe of Oakdale. Presbyterian Homes & Services is a highly recognized provider of care and services with a complete continuum of care for seniors. Cardinal Pointe of Oakdale will have priority entrance into this respected continuum of senior care with 23 facilities that include assisted living and nursing home facilities throughout the Twin Cites.
